Why You Should Not Give Fruit Juices to Your Kids According To Doc

Fruit Juice

For years were lead to believe that fruit juices from concentrates, extracts, and other types of fruit juice equivalents fortified with various vitamins and minerals (vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, etc.) in order to serve as alternatives for the lack of fruits and other plant based foods in our children’s diet which plays a big role in the overall optimum state of their health and well balanced nutrition.

However recent studies were conducted as per the current effects of fruit juices to the overall health of your children as well as their fruit and other plant based food consumption. And according to the results yielded by the studies made, that the frequency of children’s consumption of fruit juices over the years have become an actual hindrance as per the amount of  natural sources of vitamins and minerals that can only be found in fruits, vegetables, and other plant based foods.

So with that being said we can already deduce that by including fruit juices fortified with vitamins and minerals as an alternative to the actual consumption of plant based foods such as fruits and vegetables have become an excuse to either minimize or actually down size their actual consumption of fruits and vegetables that are naturally rich in them. And of course at the end of the day nothing beats the pure and organic source of vitamins and minerals as compared to those liquid derivatives, or fruit alternatives and juices.
